Job description

AURA are looking for an experienced Nursing Manager to join our professional team of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants.  The Nursing Manager will join the Operational Management Team and will be responsible for the full management of the clinical nursing team.  This is a key role for the practice and will include leading on RCVS practice standards, rota allocation, recruitment and onboarding, review of nursing working practices, oversee training and CPD activities, conducting annual performance reviews and much more.    Previous change management experience would also be advantageous.  In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also be clinically facing, willing to join the RVNs / VCAs when necessary.
